The Company:
My client is a leading professional Property & Real Estate business looking to acquire highly skilled and ambitious Credit Controllers to join their large team.
The Role:As a Credit Controller you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, supporting the management of accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment of outstanding debts. You will be responsible for monitoring and collecting outstanding debts and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
With your strong communication and negotiation skills, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with customers and reducing the risk of bad debts.
- Bank Account Reconciliations
- Manage retailers’ rental accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Achieve monthly collection target as per KPI
- Answering incoming retailer account query calls
- Prepare complex account reconciliations as required
- Undertake daily receipting of rent to Retailer accounts
- Allocation of payments, refunds and returns
