Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY
Two well known, established national businesses are looking for experienced Accounts Receivable Officers to join their friendly finance teams. These are both stable, permanent roles with a clear structure, great training and a simple, fast hiring process.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Managing a customer ledger and following up overdue accounts
• Receipt allocation and payment processing
• Answering customer queries by phone and email
• Account reconciliations
• Supporting the wider finance team

ABOUT YOU
• 3+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
• Confident on the phone, with a calm and friendly manner
• Accurate, organised and comfortable in a busy role
• Intermediate Excel skills


WHAT'S ON OFFER
• $75,000 to $90,000 + super
• 3/2 WFH split
• Training and recognition programs
