Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised Accounts Payable & Lease Administration Officer to join a leading property business in Sydney CBD on a 12-month contract. This hybrid role offers exposure to both finance operations and lease administration, making it ideal for someone with Accounts Payable experience and an interest in property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and code supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile creditor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and supplier information.
- Support lease administration tasks, including lease tracking, lease data updates, and liaising with internal stakeholders regarding lease documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and property teams on ad hoc projects as required.
About You:
- Proven Accounts Payable experience is essential.
- Previous property or real estate experience, particularly in lease administration, is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of invoices and lease data.
- Proficient in accounting software (MYOB, Xero, JD Edwards, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
