                        About the Role:
Looking to get your foot in the door within the Australian Accounting Market?
 We’re looking for a motivated graduate to join a busy and growing business in Rosebery / Alexandria. You’ll be trained and supported, stepping straight into an Accounts Receivable role. Here, you will manage reconciliations, payment allocations, and collections across medium to large customers. This is a hands-on role where you will really learn the AR side of a business while also gaining exposure to other accounting areas like AP and qualified accounting tasks. 
Key Responsibilities:
 • Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions in line with company policies and procedures
 • Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and non-payment queries
 • Prepare and process credit notes for approval
 • Conduct daily inbound and outbound calls to facilitate prompt customer payments
 • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
 • Take ownership of assigned accounts, using initiative to identify and resolve issues
 • Assist with Accounts Payable or other accounting duties as required
 • Learn from and support qualified accounting team members to broaden your experience 
About You:
 • Recent graduate or early-career candidate keen to build a career in Accounts Receivable and or wider finance function.
 • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
 • Confident communicator, able to build relationships with customers and internal teams
 • Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities across multiple accounting functions
 • Eligible to work in Australia (PR or Citizen)
