The Company:
We are partnering with a well-established commercial business seeking a reliable and motivated
Administration Officer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable role with flexibility, full training, and a supportive team environment. No prior experience is required, attitude and willingness to learn are key.
The Role:
You will support customers and internal stakeholders with a mix of customer service and administrative duties, including:
- Making and following up customer calls
- General administrative tasks such as scanning, filing and document management
- Liaising with internal managers across different teams
- Assisting with internal reporting once data is collected
- Supporting compliance and audit-style processes
What’s on Offe - Hybrid working – 1–2 days working from home
- $60K per year + superannuation
- Lots of overtime on offer (Time and a half), not mandatory though
- Full training provided: no previous experience required
- Easily pivot into other areas of the business
- Southwest Sydney location
About You - Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (training provided)
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Happy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
