Job Description
Our client is a vertically integrated fund manager with a multi-billion commercial, healthcare and residential real estate portfolio. They seek a driven and analytical professional to join the Capital Transactions team as an
Analyst / Manager, playing a key role in identifying and securing investment opportunities that drive our Funds Under Management.
This is a full-time, in-office position based near Central Station. You’ll be working closely with senior leaders and supporting key investment decisions across a broad range of asset classes.
What You’ll Be Doing - Support the growth of our portfolio through analysis of acquisition opportunities in line with strategic goals
- Run detailed financial models (DCF, IRR) to assess investment viability and risks
- Prepare high-quality Investment Committee papers and marketing materials (teasers, IMs)
- Research market trends, leasing and sales data across commercial, residential and healthcare sectors
- Maintain proprietary data systems and deal databases to inform decision-making
- Work cross-functionally to assist in investor reporting, forecasts, and due diligence
- Contribute to the full investment lifecycle—from origination through to asset performance monitoring
What You’ll Bring - Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Property
- Advanced Excel modelling skills (DCF, IRR essential; Forbury experience a plus)
- Strong research and analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset
- A can-do attitude, ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in capital transactions, asset management, or valuation advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach
