This ASX listed SaaS business is currently in an exciting phase of growth and looking for a versatile Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance, product, and operations.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work across disciplines supporting product development, financial modelling, process improvement, and executive-level reporting, while contributing to a 0→1 product and partnership build.
What You’ll Do - Structured Analysis & Requirements: Lead discovery with stakeholders, break down complex problems into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Financial & Commercial Analysis: Support pricing, costing, forecasting, and scenario modelling to inform commercial decisions.
- Process & Compliance Support: Map As-Is and To-Be processes, contribute to operational controls, and support compliance-aligned workflows.
- Product & Technical Collaboration: Work with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to shape early designs, user journeys, and integration assumptions.
- Program Delivery Support: Maintain program artefacts, contribute to backlog prioritisation, support UAT, and prepare executive summaries.
What We’re Looking For - 4–7+ years in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Operations, Consulting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel advanced; Power BI; SQL a plus).
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (BPMN/UML).
- Comfortable collaborating across finance, product, engineering, and senior leadership.
- Curious, adaptable, and ready to take on varied responsibilities.
- Experience in payments, banking, fintech, or SaaS would be a bonus
