Job Description
Partner with the Leadership Team to drive business strategy, improve financial performance, and provide commercial insights to support decision-making
Key responsibilities: - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
- Deliver commercial analysis, customer profitability insights, and business recommendations.
- Manage P&L performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support business cases and capital investments.
- Partner with Sales on customer contracts, pricing (CPI updates), and D365 data management.
- Support credit decisions and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Build strong relationships across Finance, Sales, and Operations while leading one direct report and driving continuous improvement.
Key requirements: - CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
- Strong commercial finance, business partnering, and P&L management experience.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, think strategically, and deliver business improvements.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and customer-centric environments.
