The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their professional career in administration or further develop their existing skill set. Working closely with the Accounts Manager, you will provide day-to-day administrative and data entry support.
Key Responsibilities: - Data entry and maintenance of accurate records
- Providing administrative support to the Accounts Manager
- Managing the shared mailbox
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Following up on customer enquiries and service calls
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s OH&S policies and safety standards
- Assisting with general ad hoc administrative tasks as required
The Candidate:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High levels of motivation, reliability, and professionalism
- Previous administration or data entry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
