Executive Assistant – Temp to Perm Location: Brisbane | Immediate Start | Potential for Permanency



Are you a confident, professional and proactive Executive Assistant ready to make an impact in a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation?

We’re seeking an exceptional EA to support a senior executive within one of Australia’s most respected industry leaders – a business known for its innovation, teamwork and strong values-driven culture.

This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the best of both worlds: the chance to get started right away while exploring a long-term future with an organisation that genuinely values its people.
The Role As the right hand to a senior executive, you’ll provide seamless support across a wide range of priorities — from diary and inbox management through to stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation and project administration. This role calls for someone who can anticipate needs, stay two steps ahead, and bring order and calm to a busy, fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing complex calendars, travel and meeting logistics
  • Preparing and formatting correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Coordinating executive meetings, agendas and action follow-ups
  • Liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing project and administrative support to the broader leadership team
  • Acting as the go-to person to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
About You You’re polished, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment. You’re comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and have a natural ability to build trust and rapport. Most importantly, you take pride in staying one step ahead and keeping things running seamlessly.
You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or GMs
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Availability to commence at short notice
