Job Description
The Company: My client is a commercially focused organisation operating within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The business provides products and services to a broad customer base and has an established finance function supporting multiple operational teams. With a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes, the company values collaboration between finance and the wider business to support day-to-day operations.
The Role: - Provide administrative support to the finance team across day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process invoices, billing information, and data entry in line with internal procedures.
- Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and general finance administration tasks.
- Ensure documentation is correctly filed and maintained within internal systems.
- Support internal stakeholders by responding to finance-related queries.
About You and what's on offer: - Previous experience in Accounts Payable would be ideal and/or a Finance or administration role within a commercial environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Clear communication skills and a professional approach.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Salary: $80K Package plus 10% bonus
- Flexible: WFH- 2 days from home
