Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute and values-aligned Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function within a dynamic and forward thinking organisation.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role is both hands on and strategic, responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the business.

You’ll oversee one direct report and ensure the finance function runs smoothly, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting a major finance system upgrade in FY26.

This is a full-time, 6-month contract with genuine potential to transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all day-to-day finance operations, including payroll, AP/AR, budgeting and forecasting
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including board and statutory reporting
  • Partner with senior leaders to prepare budgets and analyse financial performance
  • Support the transition to a new finance system, aligning with the organisation’s strategic goals
  • Lead and support a small finance team to ensure high performance and development
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and controls
About You:

You’re a qualified finance professional (CA/CPA/CIMA) with 7+ years’ experience and a strong track record in financial management and business partnering.

You’re collaborative, hands-on and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work.
