An opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing real estate and construction group that has tripled its portfolio size over the past two years.
With a significant development pipeline and a highly active acquisition strategy driving expansion, this business is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
This role will provide broad exposure across complex business entities, trusts, and fund structures within a fast paced property development and construction environment.
The Opportunity Commencing as a 6 month contract and reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will suit a technically strong Accountant who enjoys working across multiple entities and thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will play a key role supporting financial reporting, tax compliance, fund accounting, and construction/development accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare tax calculations across fund entities, trusts, and business entities
- Prepare and lodge Instalment Activity Statements
- Complete monthly financial reporting including detailed P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Perform fund accounting and support reporting obligations
- Manage construction and development accounting, including WIP accounting
- Maintain and reconcile accounts
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models, reconciliations, and supporting workpapers
- Support compliance and reporting across complex entity structures
About You - CA or CPA qualified
- 2–3 years’ post qualification experience within property development, construction, or real estate
- Strong technical accounting capability across tax, trusts, fund structures, and multi-entity reporting
- Experience preparing monthly financials and supporting compliance obligations
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
