Job Description
This role is ideal for a technically strong finance professional who is passionate about using
AI and emerging technologies to streamline processes, improve reporting, strengthen controls and build a more efficient finance function.
About the Role You'll be responsible for:
- Leading statutory reporting and ensuring ASX compliance.
- Managing external audits, tax compliance and internal controls.
- Overseeing month-end reporting, general ledger, cash management, AR, AP and payroll.
- Leading and developing the finance team.
- Driving automation, process improvement and AI adoption across finance.
- Partnering with leaders to deliver accurate, timely financial insights.
About You You'll have:
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Proven Financial Controller or senior finance leadership experience.
- Strong technical accounting and statutory reporting experience, ideally in an ASX-listed or highly regulated environment.
- A hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for AI, automation and technology, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
