Job Description
The BusinessLarge, multi-entity Australian services organisation undergoing a significant finance transformation. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead forecasting, commercial analytics and executive reporting while driving the adoption of AI and automation across the finance function.
This is an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making at Executive and Board level while helping shape the future of finance.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the Group budgeting, forecasting and rolling outlook process
- Deliver Board and Executive reporting with commercial insights
- Develop advanced financial models, scenario analysis and business cases
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve reporting and forecasting
- Partner with senior operational leaders on commercial performance
- Support capital investment decisions, acquisitions and strategic projects
About You - CA/CPA qualified
- Proven FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partner experience
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting insights to senior leadership
- Exposure to Power BI, Dynamics 365 or AI-enabled finance tools will be highly regarded
