                        An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join a large, high-performing organisation with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand. 
This role sits within the Group Finance function, supporting consolidated reporting and analysis across multiple business units following a recent acquisition.

About the Role    Reporting to the GM Finance, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful group-level financial reporting and analysis. 
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, divisional finance teams, and the broader corporate office to ensure smooth month-end, budgeting, and forecasting processes.   
 This is a 6-month contract offering exposure to complex group consolidations and performance reporting in a dynamic corporate environment.      
Key Responsibilities  - Deliver consolidated financial and management reports
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple divisions
- Oversee the preparation of business performance reports
- Review monthly P&L and Balance sheet reporting
- Review reconciliations and variance analysis
- Provide analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making at group level
- Lead the year end and statutory reporting process
- Effectively engage with stakeholders and divisional finance teams
- Lead and engage an established, high performing team
- Assist with process improvements and the rollout of new reporting initiatives  
About You - CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
- Strong background in corporate or group-level financial reporting
- Experience working in large, complex organisations (ASX or multinational preferred)
- Proficient in ERP and reporting tools such as SAP, BW, BPC, and TM1 
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring a high-performing team
- Confident communicator with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the business
The Offer - $140K - $160K + Super 
- 6-month contract, immediate start
