Group Financial Controller - ASX Listed Technology Services Group

Job Description

The Company:
Fast-growing, highly acquisitive ASX-listed Technology Services Group
Remuneration

$230,000 + Super + Bonus (30%-50%)

About the Role:

This appointment will work closely with both the Group CFO, CEO, and Divisional GMs. This is a key leadership role combining excellent technical advisory skills with the ability to provide commercial and strategic counsel on acquisition, major projects, and organic growth opportunities.

Managing a high-caliber team you will specifically be responsible for the production and delivery of consolidated ASX financial and management reporting for the Group. In tandem, you will drive company-wide financial performance, design and execute business strategies, manage and improve internal processes, and identify risks and opportunities to deliver profit growth. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of monthly, half-yearly and annual financial and management reporting.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing and efficient finance team
  • Analyse and identify opportunities to improve the reporting processes.
  • Support the CFO and Divisional GM's in growth strategies including acquisitions, and continued organic growth opportunities.
  • Build & maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders across the group.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • CA/CPA Qualified from a medium to large corporate background
  • Extensive experience in consolidated financial and management reporting (ASX experience highly desirable).
  • Experience of managing the full M&A cycle from target identification through to acquisition integration
  • The ability to provide strong leadership that is influential and collaborative in style - able to influence and make significant strategic decisions and implement them.
  • Able to challenge the status quo and drive improvements to systems, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and growing business
  • Strong experience in leading mentoring and developing teams
