Job Description
Your new employer is a fast-growing, ASX-listed SaaS company looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who thrives on variety, creativity, and making a visible impact.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll help shape how a scaling business goes to market—owning campaigns, content, digital channels, while occasionally representing the brand at interstate events and webinars.
If you love digging into problems, finding smart solutions, and turning ideas into momentum, this role gives you the autonomy to do exactly that. You’ll get to experiment with AI, collaborate across teams, and build marketing foundations that truly move the needle for a company modernising its market across Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. Expect a balance of strategy and execution, plenty of ownership, and the chance to leave a real mark on a business that’s gearing up for its next growth chapter.
No two days will ever be the same in this role, but your key duties will include:
Campaigns & Demand Generation • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate awareness and qualified leads across digital, email, and social channels.
• Partner with Sales to ensure campaigns align with business priorities and drive tangible pipeline impact.
• Track and report on campaign performance, turning insights into actionable
improvements.
• Support the Head of Marketing in developing a more structured, repeatable approach to campaign planning.
Events & Webinars • Coordinate and deliver event presence, including sponsorships, trade
shows, and webinars.
• Bring ideas for new event opportunities that build community and elevate our brand.
• Manage event logistics, communications, and follow-up with precision and energy.
• Capture learnings and contribute to improving how we plan and measure event success.
Website & Digital
Support the Head of Marketing in the planning and delivery of a major website
redesign and rebuild, including coordination with agencies, content migration, and testing.
• Manage day-to-day website updates, ensuring content is current, engaging, and on brand.
• Analyse website analytics to uncover insights and opportunities, helping prioritise future improvements.
• Contribute to shaping our evolving digital presence, bringing structure and ideas to how we engage online.
Content Creation & Management • Develop and deliver high-quality content across multiple formats, articles, case studies, social posts, newsletters, and campaign assets.
• Help define content themes and messaging that support Urbanise’s positioning and growth goals.
• Coordinate internal contributors and external agencies to produce consistent,
compelling materials.
• Use engagement data to refine and improve how and where we tell our story.
Sound like fun? If so, you'll need the following background to succeed:
3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or proptech
environments.
• Energised by variety, you enjoy moving between digital, content, and events, often in the same week.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, with a proactive mindset that seeks structure and improvement.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work across teams and manage multiple projects.
• Skilled in tools like WordPress, Salesforce (or similar), Google Analytics, and
LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Creative, data-aware, and customer-focused.
• While it’s not a sales position, you’ll thrive here if you enjoy being out from behind the laptop - representing at events, speaking with customers, and engaging with feedback on our products and services. (Some travel required)
