The Company: A leading property investment and funds management business with a strong presence across commercial, industrial and social infrastructure sectors.
The Role: This is a permanent part-time Payroll Officer position reporting to the Payroll Manager. Ideally, the successful candidate will have Chris21/iChris experience.
Your duties will include: - Assisting with the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for approximately 500+ employees, including off-cycle payrolls using Chris21 software
- Providing a high level of customer service when responding to payroll enquiries
- Preparing termination calculations as required by the People Team
- Preparing payroll reports following payroll processing and as required by Finance
- Preparing monthly payroll journals
- Providing Employment Separation Certificates to employees and as required by Centrelink
The Candidate: This role will suit a candidate looking for part-time work. It is highly desirable that the successful candidate has end-to-end payroll experience using Chris21.

Depending on your level of experience, a salary package between $95,000–$100,000 + bonus is on offer for the successful candidate.
