Job Description
This is your opportunity to play a key part in a global healthcare organisation that helps deliver life-saving outcomes every day. As Payroll Manager ANZ, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless delivery in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will also oversee several smaller international payroll functions, giving you access to global payroll responsibility.
Key duties:
- Manage the Aus & NZ Payroll function of circa 200 employees, monthly pay
- Support & develop a Senior Payroll Officer
- Act as the face of Payroll to all local & global stakeholders
- Integrate payroll data into the GL at the month-end
- Run various ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
- Ensure all territories remain compliant with local legislation
- Work on various payroll & system projects as required
- Liaise between the businesses and Frontier for any IChris system upgrades.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Exceptional organisation & communication skills to deal with global stakeholders
- A strong eye for detail and a meticulous approach to your work
- Be good at building stakeholder/ internal relationships
- A good systems brain, always looking for improvements
- An outgoing, happy, and positive personality
- Experience with Chris21/IChris is helpful but not essential
This is a permanent role based in Sydney CBD. Once you have completed your probation period, a 3/2 WFH model applies. A base salary up to $140k + Super plus a discretionary bonus is on offer to the successful applicant. Interviews are ready to take place immediately.
