Job Description
The Company: An established and growing business with over three decades of success in their field, this company operates across multiple sites nationally and provides essential services to a specialist industry.
The Role: - Process a small weekly payroll of 80 staff
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy
- Support the rollout of a new payroll platform across multiple business units
- Manage calculations such as terminations, leave, and back pay
- Provide reporting support to finance and operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes and timely data flow
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and policies
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and ongoing improvement projects.
The Candidate:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a payroll role
- Confident in managing end-to-end payroll and interpreting employment legislation
- Strong communicator who can engage effectively with colleagues at all levels
