Known for innovation, quality and their heritage, they consistently set the bar for their competitors to reach. The finance team is relatively small, very friendly, efficient and growing.
The Role: Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a full function, stand alone position responsible for the following duties:
- Calculating payroll, including standard deductions and taxes within tight deadlines.
- Deliver timely and accurate payment of employee salaries
- Ensure employee records and entitlements are accurate and up to date
- Assist and/or review employee annual, long service, sick, family, study, personal, community and parental leave applications where required, to ensure all payroll leave transactions are compliant
- Ensure the conditions of employment, and all related payroll policies and procedures are adhered to
The Candidate:
To be considered for this role you must have the following;
- A positive, can do attitude
- A problem solving mind
- Customer focused
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills
- ADP system preferred, not essential
- Retail industry experience preferred but not essential
