Job Description

The company: Your future employer is a global group who have experienced steady but sustained growth. 

The role: Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working alongside other fantastic Payroll Officers. This role requires the candidate to have Chris21/iChris experience

Your duties will include:
  • Processing and payment of payroll, including the payment of commissions and bonuses to staff.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of payroll records and databases, including setting up new employee records via the onboarding system.
  • Ensuring alterations and amendments to wages and salaries are completed and paid promptly
  • Ensure Timesheets are completed on time and accurately
  • Entering all payroll-related transactions into the system
  • Processing leave entitlements, overtime, termination payments, and employee deductions

The candidate: This will suit a junior payroll or payroll Officer with end-to-end payroll experience using Chris21

We are looking for:
  • Must have Chris21/iChris experience 
  • Experience running a weekly or fortnightly payroll 
  • A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile without prompting
  • The desire to LEARN is critical
  • A good sense of humor and a smile right through the day is also helpful!
Depending on your exact levels of experience, a salary between $75,000- $80,000 + super is on offer to the successful candidate.
