The Company: Our client is a highly respected & well-known player within their industry & prides themselves on delivery top quality work for their customers everyday.
The Role:
A 12-month contract Payroll Specialist position based from their Western Sydney office, you will proactively coordinate, process, and manage all aspects of the payroll function to ensure accuracy, efficiency and expediency, with a high level of customer service and responsiveness for their clients.
Some of the daily duties whilst in this role include but are not limited to:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for a portfolio of managed service clients
- Accurately process payrolls while ensuring full compliance with legislation, including superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax
- Review and reconcile payroll reports before sending them to clients for approval
- Perform accurate payroll calculations and reconciliations in line with legal and client requirements
- Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to agreed service levels
- Take full ownership of your client accounts, ensuring payrolls are delivered according to both company and client procedures
The Candidate: - Extensive Payroll Processing experience (within a high-volume environment)
- Sound knowledge of Payroll, Legislation, EBA and Award interpretation & Multi State Payroll
- Experience managing multiple payrolls & frequencies
- Working as part of a high performing team
- Exposure to varying industries, payroll sizes and complexities
- Exposure to identifying and resolving customer requests
