Job Description
A client of ours is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Administrator for a 6-month contract based in Sydney’s Inner West. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in pricing, data administration, or commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the validation and execution of Price Change Requests (PCRs)
- Maintain and update item master data and price lists
- Activate and deactivate products for pricing and standardised costing
- Investigate and report discrepancies in pricing or item master data
- Maintain a catalogue of PCRs and associated working documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure pricing updates are deployed accurately
- Assist with digital pricing updates and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to refine pricing processes
Skills & Experience: Essential:
- Strong administration and record-keeping skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis/querying skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow documented processes and maintain compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
