Job Description
An iconic Australian business is currently midway through an SAP EC & SuccessFactors implementation with a go-live date for Payroll of June 2026. To ensure the project is delivered successfully and on time, an extra interim resource is required to join the excellent payroll project team on a temporary basis. Reporting into a seasoned Project Manager and working alongside a supportive and friendly project team, your duties will include the following:
- SAP ECP (Payroll): Strong knowledge of payroll infotypes, wage types, tax reporting, and payroll area configurations.
- Data Mapping & Transformation: Experience mapping legacy HCM data to the standardized SAP SuccessFactors data structure, particularly for employee master data and payroll history
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core): Solid understanding of Foundation Objects, Generic Objects (MDF), and Person/Employment data models to validate that master data is correctly structured.
- Documentation & Reporting: Strong skills in creating technical documentation, validation reports, and audit trails to verify that systems meet quality standards.
The estimated duration of this assignment is a minimum of 8 weeks, but the reality is that the timeframe could well extend.
You would be required to work from the Sydney office at least 1 day per week, and also attend any project meetings in person as/ when required.
The role is offered on a daily rate basis in accordance with your experience, which can be invoiced to Appreciating Payroll via your own ABN if you prefer.
