About the RoleDue to continued growth, our client requires an ambitious Commercial Leader who will work closely with Divisional Heads, the CFO and the Group Financial Controller. You will be focused on providing value-adding decision support to divisional businesses through the preparation of management information, cost and revenue transparency, analysis and advice, to enable the leadership team to make sound business decisions that optimise financial performance.
Key Responsibilities - Divisional finance P&L performance reporting, including budgeting and re-forecasting with appropriate commentary.
- Monthly analysis & reporting of the key performance drivers.
- Support business managers in identifying and converting opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Capital transaction due diligence & new asset onboarding.
- Lead, manage and mentor a high-calibre team of Analysts and Accountants, setting a clear vision, direction and targets.
Skills and Experience Required - Strong Communication Skills, including the ability to explain complex financial issues to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring and developing large teams.
- Strong business acumen & commercial understanding, preferably from the property sector.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing business transformation and business improvement projects.
Remuneration
$200,000-230,000 + Super + Bonus
