About the Role As Senior Finance Manager, you will lead the monthly and statutory reporting processes, support finance transformation initiatives, and oversee finance operations, including the accounts payable function.
Initially a 3-6 month contract, this role is pivotal in delivering accurate financial data to support decision-making and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver accurate and timely monthly and statutory financial reporting
- Lead technical accounting reviews, audits, and compliance processes
- Drive finance transformation initiatives and automation efforts
- Analyse and improve financial controls, cost management, and risk frameworks
- Support payment gateway and intercompany reconciliations
- Lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence
About You: - CA/CPA/ACCA qualified with 8+ years of finance experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS, AASB)
- Demonstrated leadership in finance transformation and operational improvement
- Commercially astute, with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment
