The Role : Reporting into the Head of payroll as senior payroll officer you will join a strong team and take responsibility for the following duties
- Oversee a team of three payroll officers, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Oversee payroll validation and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement consistent payroll processes across multiple employee groups.
- Identify inefficiencies, introduce improved workflows, and clearly communicate changes to relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption.
- Work closely with offshore payroll teams to support seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and analyse payroll reports such as audits and STP2 submissions, monitor key performance indicators including accuracy and compliance, and contribute to scalable payroll solutions across multiple clients and projects.
The Candidate:
- Must have strong SAP experience
- Excellent attention to detail is needed
- Demonstrated leadership in payroll teams
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities
