The Role: Are you a motivated, detail-oriented payroll pro ready to be a Senior Payroll Specialist, Join our amazing client's team
- Process and review weekly and fortnightly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and Fair Work legislation
- Handle payroll tasks for new starters and leavers, including calculations for complex terminations
- Ensure all statutory requirements are met, including superannuation, workers’ compensation, and other compliance obligations
- Respond to payroll-related queries from staff and managers, offering clear and helpful guidance
The Candidate: We are looking for a candidate with the below skills
- At least 5 years’ experience managing end-to-end payroll in a fast-paced, multi-award environment with 600+ employees
- Confident using Preceda and Kronos (or similar systems), with strong intermediate Excel skills
- SAP experience would be a BONUS
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements, with the ability to interpret and apply them accurately
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business
