Salary: circa $200,000 package + bonus

We are seeking a commercially minded
Senior Tax Manager to drive tax compliance, strategy, and risk management across a national business. Reporting to the Head of Tax, this role offers exposure to senior executives, high-value projects, and the chance to contribute to future growth initiatives.
About the Role - Manage all areas of tax compliance – income tax, GST, stamp duty, land tax, payroll tax, and more
- Oversee tax reporting and accounting under relevant standards
- Deliver tax advisory on capital structuring, acquisitions, and new business ventures
- Lead the response to tax legislative changes and identify business impacts
- Build and manage relationships with ATO, external advisors, and auditors
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement across tax systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and investors on tax-related matters
What You’ll Bring - Proven experience in senior tax roles (property sector experience desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax law and corporate tax principles
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a commercial mindset
- Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate clearly at all levels
- Hands-on approach with high attention to detail and process improvement
- Experience working in fast-paced or large corporate environments
